We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders on https://shop.niigatafood.com are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed.
Confirmed orders will be delivered within five (5) working days for West Malaysia and seven (7) working days for Sabah and Sarawak. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday-Friday). Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional two to three working days.
During peak sale or promotional periods, next day deliveries may not be available due to higher order volume.
West Malaysia: Additional ten (10) working days for your order to arrive.
Sabah & Sarawak: Additional ten (10) working days for your order to arrive.
We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we are able to change your address after submission.
At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate receipt of the products by signing off with the delivery personnel. Please inspect the products for any obvious faults, defects or damage before signing.
We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. Any special packaging requested by customers is subject to additional charges.
Note: Purchases made after 2pm each day will be considered as a next day purchase for courier purposes.
