Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our facility, here is when you can generally expect it to arrive:

• Peninsular Malaysia: 2 to 3 working days.
• East Malaysia: 4 to 6 working days.

Delivery Delays & Courier Partners

While we always strive for your parcels to arrive perfectly on schedule, please keep in mind that Niqata partners with third-party courier services for shipping. Because of this, occasional transit delays can happen that are outside of our direct control.

However, please rest assured that we are on your side. If your delivery is delayed or you experience any shipping issues, we will do everything we can to help you track it down and resolve the situation.
